In Glory's comprehensive and in-depth striking system classes you will learn effective striking techniques used in boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai. Taught by current fighters and certified trainers, our striking program is great for self defence, fitness and of course, competition!

HITT KICKBOXING (WOMEN'S ONLY)

Our women's only HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) kickboxing classes focus on building strength and endurance while burning calories fast. This class is non-contact and station based which makes it suitable for all levels of fitness as it allows each member to work at their own pace. Our members keep coming back to our classes because they feel more confident, lose weight and see progress in achieving their fitness goals. Our goal at Glory is to empower women to be healthy, strong and confident individuals!
MINI CHAMPS MUAY THAI/KICKBOXING/BOXING

Glory's Mini Champs class is designed to teach basic striking techniques to young children aged 3-5 years old in a fun and safe environment. You will be amazed at the milestones your child will reach not only physically but emotionally as well.
LITTLE CHAMPIONS MUAY THAI/KICKBOXING/BOXING
TUESDAY 5:45-6:30PM, THURSDAY 6:00-6:45PM, SATURDAY 10:00-10:45AM
Glory's Little Champions class is designed for athletes aged 6 - 10 years old. This class will provide your child with opportunities to build strength, speed, agility, balance and flexibility through striking and clinch techniques. This class is designed to build confidence in your child while working through individual and group activities. Parents usually notice a large difference in their child’s abilities quickly while also noticing an improvement in behaviour and self control.
FUCTIONAL TRAINING (PERSONAL & GROUP)
Our functional fitness program is great for members looking to lose weight, gain strength, tone, and better their overall health. At Glory we offer both one-on-one and group training. Private striking and self defence sessions are also available.
SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING
Do you want to see your athletic performance go to the next level? Want to dunk? Run harder? Skate faster? Be more aggressive? At Glory, we can get you there! We can develop a program to meet your sports specific needs. Athletes will be drilled on sport specific muscles, agility and push their cardio to the limit!
Workouts based on sport specific movement and exercises with teammates. Physical training for any sport is a key ingredients to both team and individual success.
Our trainers will work with a team and/or program to create a training program specific to your sport and goals.

At Glory we believe that learning self defence is not a choice but rather a necessary life skill. In this course, participants will learn practical and basic self defence tactics that are easy to remember and apply in real life situations. In addition to technique, the course will focus on recognizing external factors that contribute to being safe. Confidence and self esteem activities will also be incorporated as it directly relates to the likelihood of being a target.
